Thought I'd grill a chicken while I had some beer.

 

Grilling, smoking, who cares. A slab of ribs and a Centennial!

Kros Strain Barrelywine Volume 10 Williquors 2yr BBA English Barleywine, 13% ABV. I rated this 4.62 in February 2024. This beer is that got me hooked on BBA English Barleywines.

We're having deconstructed kabobs for supper; shrimp, beef, chicken, red/yellow/orange peppers, monster zucchini, monster yellow squash, onion, and mushrooms. We cut everything up, garlic and pepper them up, and grill them for 20-25 minutes.

 

Planned on doing this yesterday but had to take the beast to the animal ER. A small brisket in my small smoker and a Riverlands Scarecrows in Lederhosen Oktoberfest!

 

Stunning fall afternoon, thought I'd get my weekly ration of meat. 60/40BP, 'shrooms, unyun and a homemade E Williams sauce.
