I buy a lot of DFH to be honest. As much as I'm not a huge fan of their newer releases, I love Festina Peche, Chicory Stout, Aprihop, Punkin, etc.

Since they started bottling it in January, it has been Evolution Lot6 and it's not even close. Before that, probably Weyerbacher Double Simcoe.

It depends on the sample duration.

    Overall? Guinness.

In the last six months? A select few are tied - and then only because I bought 6 packs.

Eisenbahn Strong Golden Ale, a beer inspired by the belgian style, but cheaper than a real belgian. :stuck_out_tongue:

Hard to say. When buying beer I usually get 1 6er of something I haven't had and 1 6er of something I have... The one that most often fills the one of something I've actually had might actually be NG Two Women now that I think about it. It's not my favorite beer by a long shot, but it's probably my favorite pilsner, so whenever I'm in the mood for a pilsner, I pretty much default to it.

My most frequent purchases seem to be Two Hearted and FD Raging Bitch. These seem to be two beers that are available just about anywhere I go in DC. Even the places that don't offer a great craft selection usually have one of these two.

There is not one I really buy all the time. I like to mix it up as there are so many different beers out there to try. Sure I have favorites I go back to but none of them are ever bought on a regular rotation. Sometimes I step off the deep end and buy something totally off the wall just to see what it tastes like.

Ah. Last I'd heard they had some contract brewers in NY and CT while they were trying to get the funds together for an RI brewery. So, technically not local, but if you stop drinking it they never will be. :stuck_out_tongue:

I vary my purchases frequently, to try different things. Most frequently? Probably SNPA, Boston Lager, or an import lager like Stella Artois or Spaten. Something I can drink easily, with virtually any meal, and in any quantity I desire.
