Where do you buy bottles of Adam? Its delicious, I just dont like hanging out there anymore than I have to. Still havent had it from the wood either, but I understand you have to drink it there when you order it.

Had it for the first time on Friday, and still have one in my fridge. Delicious. Would definitely drink it all the time if I had access to it.

White Rajah. It is one of my favorite beers, and also strikes the perfect balance between being fairly available but limited enough that it is an occasion when I find it sitting on shelves.

Bud light. Craft is too expensive for me to buy that often (between my wife and I we could easily go through a case a week....) so it is the cheap stuff on a nightly basis, then have fun trying great craft beers on weekends, of which I rarely buy the same kind more than a few times. There are just too many great beers out there to try!

    Three words...Victory Prima Pils.

How they can pack this beer with so much flavor (both up-front and subtle) is beyond me. Goes well with food, non-craft drinkers seem to like it when they come over, good price. I'm always in the mood for one every week or so. It's been a staple in my fridge for years.

    I love this beer.

To quote Pee Wee Herman: "Well then, why don't you marry it?"
    "Hmm...maybe I will."

In recent years it would be flagships and seasonals by Pretty Things, Mayflower, Notch, Anchor, and Sierra Nevada.

Back home over the last couple months it was definitely Red Chair.

I just moved to Saint Louis and haven't seen it here. Nor have I explored enough yet to find a go to bottle shop/brew

Beermongers, Bridgetown Beerhouse, Saraveza, Tin Bucket, Beaumont Market, Hop and Vine, 1856, Bailey's Taproom, New Seasons, Whole Foods, Fred Meyers, Safeway,... need I go on? I guess the bottle shops sell out occasionally, but even during the recent shortage (before the last batch was released), you could find it pretty easily at a lot of grocery stores and convenience stores. I've never had much trouble tracking down a bottle if I want it. Having said that, I don't remember it ever selling out anywhere before recently, so I guess you could say it's getting harder to find. I hope this doesn't go the way of Cantillon, as it's my "desert island" beer, and I'd be bummed if I had to go without it.

As for the taproom, I personally like the place, but find it inconvenient to the bus lines, and if I'm drinking beers of that magnitude, I want to take public transit, so I rarely drink there. Having said that, their growler fills are one of the best deals in town, and if you can't handle a full growler of Adam, you can get a 1/2 or 1/4 growler filled for exactly 1/2 or 1/4 the price of a full one, which is an amazing deal! Also, you probably already know this, but even if you absolutely hate the taproom and hate the idea of spending $20 on a 12oz bottle for onsite consumption, AftW is still totally worth it!!! No, wait, it isn't! Nobody drink it so as to ensure it will be around for me to drink for years to come!!!!

I'm usually buying whatever is new on the shelf but if there isn't anything new that I'm interested I grab some Red Hare to go local.
