I had many beers before the best beer I ever tasted. It was Franziskaner Heifenweiser. I could taste the herbs and noticed a difference. This beer was worthy to be rated. I could taste love, effort and experience. Since then, I love to rate beer.

Waaay back in 2003, on a different rating site, it was the Unibroue La Fin du Monde. Loved it then and love it today.

Unless they stopped brewing because of the pandemic then, yes, it is still available. Not sure if they can get it to you in the Netherlands though. Unibroue makes quite a few other really fine beers as well.

That's a shame, some of these worldwide beers look and sound absolutely delightful.

Well I just gazed at the site of your first exquisite brewer, and indeed there is no way to ship it to the Netherlands. Quite a shame, be there any way to get a taste of the brews that America/canada got going on, I am quite interested.

I would watch albino rhino and Greg’s beer review and that was inspiration enough for me. I’m not camera friendly so writing was much more suited to me than reviewing in video.

You know what, I dare say it.
Euro IPA, suck ****... American IPA rock, yet American lager... Suck ****... I had two IPA's from the unites states... Absolutely marvelous in terms of taste. Special.. But I bet there are tons of hidden gems out there.. I might go there to live the American dream of beer... But amazon I will also be content with, so ur best beer ? What made such an impression to get into this marvelous hobby?

Southern Tier Imperial Cherry Gose. Not because of the quality of the beer, but because of the lack of information. Only one review/rating at that point. Figured that my review, however inadequate it may have ended up being, would give any prospective buyer of that beer at least some more information about it.
That was the basis for doing more . I tended to review beers that had few to none, and just rate the ones with many. Now I review almost all new-to-me-beers.
(The gaps in the timeline are due to a couple of episodes where my account was FUBARed, & the verification email to restart it was hung up in the ether for awhile.)

Very nice, I rate all beers . I can buy. Every single one. Because I am a brewer myself. It is art. It is hard to get that perfect 10/10.. One thing I've noticed though... Blackbeer t'll get 10/10 quicker from me

No one beer made me start reviewing, it's just what I assumed what one did when one joined the site. I joined using a work computer, and it wasn't until I got my first laptop a few months later that I started hitting reviews fairly regularly. 3700+ beers later, here we are.

Hill farmstead juicy is the one that got me reviewing beers. I still haven't found that beers equal.
