What beer never lets you down?

    What is your "go to" beer. A beer that has never failed you?

    It's not necessarily a "go to" because of the high ABV, but Bell's Expedition Stout.

    Seriously, every time I've had one it's been exactly what I've wanted from a RIS. Fresh, aged, whenever I'm in the mood for a thick, chewy, stout, it's there.

    Ft. George Vortex. Hard to call a "go-to" since I don't live in Portland anymore, but that beer is solid no matter when, where, or how.
