Hoogstraten Poorter. It was a gift from my dad and was not good with age. Oh well. Addiction has to start somewhere...

W00tstout. Did not understand the concept of collaring beers before I read that you can cellar w00tstout. Fairly new to the game, and now I have about 45 different beers in my basement.

Sort of happened by accident. 2006 GI Bourbon County 4 pack. Drank 3, saved one. One day it seemed old and I couldn't get myself to open it. Around the same time had a 2005 Dark Lord and Bell's Batch 7000. I still have all three of these and am almost afraid to open any of them for fear they are way past their prime. Fun to look at, afraid to drink. We need a word for that. Goodlookanodrinky

Started last year with a bottle of Allagash Four dated March 2013 that I found in the summer. Any suggestions on either opening it this year or sitting on it for more time? It's the first in the cellar so I've been anxious to drink it.

I also just bought two bottles of Barrel Aged Framinghammer from Jack's Abby this weekend and I plan on drinking one and putting the other in the cellar.

Avery Czar 2007. Just held onto it. And by the time the next release came around, I just kinda thought about the vertical and it exploded from there.
