I saw a post, where someone had mentioned that Green Flash Rayon Vert ages well. I haven't tried aging beer, other than a couple bottles of DFH 120 I saved from this year. What other beers age well?

Welcome to the site. Just a heads up, you will get some honest feedback here but you will also get some snarky comments only because this topic comes up often. Use the search bar on the top right and you will find tons of threads on this.

Most high gravity stouts and barleywines age very well..

My favorite beers to age are Bell's Expedition, Founders IS, Weyerbacher Insanity, Brooklyn BCS

I had a pannepot from 2010 the other day and it was phenomenal. Belgium beers generally can be aged and age very well. That pannepot was 1 out of 2 beers i've rated a 5.

I second Bell's Expedition Stout. If you read the label, it almost seems designed to be aged.
