Hi, I'll be in Vegas for a few days in November and I won't be driving and rather not take taxis anywhere. I'll be at Ballly's and I plan to go to the Publican, maybe Holsteins and probably take the bus downtown for the Triples 7 and Chicago breweries, but I also want to pick up some stuff to bring home. I noticed a Walgreens nearby and I read, in this forum, that they have beer. Any info on what they carry? Almost anything such as Stone, Green Flash, New Belgium or midwest and east coast breweries would be what I'm looking for. Thanks for any info.

Was last there in June. I can recall seeing Stone, Sierra Nevada, Lagunitas. New Belgium but maybe only Fat Tire. Some local bottles also. No rarities to blow you away but pretty good considering what it is.

There is a Whole Foods at the southern end of the strip that is *well* worth the trip. Pretty sure you can take a bus right down the Strip to get there and back.

I spent a week on the strip a couple months ago, the Walgreens and similar spots generally have Stone IPA, Fat Tire and Sierra Nevada, pretty much it. Vegas isn't a great beer town, I looked for what I would consider a "good" bottle shop and didn't find much I couldn't get in most of the western U.S.
