Totally misunderstood the thread title. My answer was going to be
    in an easy chair
    in the living room
    in my underwear
    watching TV

I'll play your game, you rogue.

    35% 12 oz. bottle/can
    25% draft
5% 16.9 oz. bottle or tall can (varying sizes)
    25% bombers/750 ml (usually shared)
    10% growlers

    Something like that.

    Homebrew draft 90%
    Brewery draft 5%
    Bottles and Cans 5%

I am a true homebrewery and usually have between 5 and 7 different homebrews on draft at the house all the time and generally only buy beer out at a brewery/beer event a few times a month or so and I pick up around a 6-10 pack of random bottles and cans to get inspiration for future homebrews once a month.

In the interest of making this as easy and accurate as possible (in addition to wasting the most amount of time on a slow Monday at work), i decided to just count my last 100 Untappd check-ins and go by that. So

    Growlers/Crowlers - 0%
    Draft - 14%
    Bottles & Cans under 16oz - 42%
    Bottles & Cans over 16oz - 44%

I rarely drink out, I've also never had a Growler before. I'm going to assume its alot pricer than what I normally get.

    A guess:
    Draft 5%
    Growlers/Crowlers 3%
    < 16 oz 35%
    > 16 oz 57%

More growlers and draft during the sumer.

I went back and did some actual research since I log all of my beers on Untappd. I checked the last two months. I actually surprised myself as to the percentages. I never would have guessed draft would be so high.

    Growlers - 3%
    Draft - 37%
    16oz and under - 50%
    Over 16oz - 10%

Off the top of my head I'd say...

    Growlers/Crowlers = 0%
    Draft = ≤5%
    Bottle/cans 16 oz. and under = 85%
    Bottles over 16 oz.(bombers) = 10%

I don't eat out enough/go to bars to even warrant a number in the draft category. If I do, I usually just drive and my wife drinks.

Those who claimed "liquid" beat me to it, though I don't begrudge that. As far as containers: 12's 43%, pints 47%, draft 8%, growlers, 2%. {all amounts approximate}. All in quantities up to & including "a lot".
