First batch of The Raisinator (brewed 10/13, bottled 10/14). Crazy fucking sour.

Spending today with the dog, drinking a Belgian IPA brewed with sweet orange peel. Also brewing up a dark saison outside on this gorgeous day. Life is good.

Guessing those are the years and not the days, but I'd be mighty impressed with a one day kettle to bottle.

You sure hit my "curiosity" button!! I love sours and adding the hint of "raisin" does it for me! Any chance for the recipe?

Mine may be kind of basic, but I have a Nut Brown Ale and Black Lager on tap, a porter bottled, and another porter fermenting that I plan on turning into a vanilla porter.

    8lb Rahr 2-Row
    3lb Belgian Pilsner
    12oz Crystal 15L
    12oz White Wheat
    1lb Demerara Sugar

    1oz Hallertau @ 30 min

I age on 1lb golden raisins when I rack to secondary after 2-3 weeks in primary. Add French oak soaked in sauv blanc later. I ferment with Beatification dregs I grew up into a pitchable starter.

    Enjoy!

Thanks! What gives it that nice colour?

Taste of barleywine on oak spiral after one week. Sweet with hint of coconut, coming along better than I though given the 80something % attenuation.

8% IPA with a blend of Magnum, Cascade, Amarillo, Galaxy & Mosaic. Massive aroma of grapefruit from this blend of hops, and I may decide I am pretty happy with this one.

It's pretty much an imperial version of the egs pale, but with a tropical twist. I assume.

The Hawian King is a IRS with additions of coffee cocci so all sourced from Hi. Thought I had explained this one before?

My latest London III IPA, loaded with late hops and dry hops. I used Mosaic, Simcoe and Cascade this time around. Second bottle of the batch and I like the hop combo so far.
