What homebrew you drinking March Edition

    Wanted to do a Scottish Light beer but did not have the right hops. So instead, this turned into a Best Bitter, and it's tasting amazing. Maris Otter, Victory, and a dash of Crystal 60 and 120 and hopped judiciously with Nugget. Will have to do this one again.

    My latest cream ale. So glad to have a session beer available tonight, because I'm having another!

    Imperial Porter. Lots of smooth, but rich cocoa flavor, but a bit more hop bitterness than desired. Should be great come fall.
