    Maybe it is time to brew some 'old school' batches:

    "On the positive side, Cascade yields were at or slightly above 5 year averages in most areas."

    Hmm... how many gallons of hop absorption would I need to account for 60,000# of mosaic in a 5.25 gal batch...

    Spot market you will scramble.
    Large LHBS suppliers have contracts -LD Carlson. BSG has there own Pelletizer facility in Yakima.
