Going to be in Athens in a few weeks. Wondering what sort of bottles might be available at Jackie O's to take home on any given day when there aren't any scheduled releases or anything... Do they sell bottles? Or only growlers? Can I expect anything interesting? I'm pretty stoked about making it to this brewery...I love their brews!
No bottles, unfortunately. You will definitely be able to pick up a growler if you like. As far as anything interesting, every time I have been there there's always been at least one barrel aged offering on tap, and typically more than one. However, I will also note that the last time I was there the Mystic Mama (flagship pale) was simply outstanding!
Are they bottling anything for OBW? That would be news to me... EDIT: Or did you mean sweet/unique taps? That would make more sense.
