What is the best/most prestigious beer sommelier program?

    Looking to get certified as a beer sommelier, but some,of these sites seem scammy... Anyone with recommendations on which ones are the best?

    This is literally the only industry standard, anything else is a scam/waste of time. The certified beer server is a great place to start, I've heard becoming certified cicerone is much much harder and obviously much more expensive.

    The Cicerone Certification™ is becoming more widely recognized. While I was in Northern Va. most people didn't know what it was, but now that I'm back in San Diego it is more accepted. I am glad I got in on "the ground floor" so I can establish myself and career before there are many many more Cicerones.
