I've had Samichlaus Classic of a couple vintages and love it. I had a 2014 Helles tonight and thought it was also excellent. However, it was hard for me to tell how it was "different" form the Classic. I also recently found a 2012 Samichlaus Barrique that I picked up. They are all dopplebocks. What's the difference?

The Helles version is lighter than the classic version.
The Barrique version is BA in wine Barrels

Thanks - do you by chance have experience aging any of these and any recommendations on that?

Check with the folks in the Aging forum as they are a great resource and some will have already aged them.
