It used to be Heady...Now it seems that every other post is an ISO Treehouse. Not that they don't brew some amazing beers but.....

Seems like in terms of whatever is that weeks brewery's release it has to be Treehouse. They have the volume of threads covered.
I also like the fact that regardless of what beer you have for trade, the people go ahead and list some common big items in every ISO thread like "MD, VR, Assassin, SR-71" especially when they just have FT the IPA of the week, annual seasonals, etc.

I would approach it like this. What beer, if offered up with a generous ISO would get the most replies. And that beer is KBBS.

I'll be one of those ISO TreeHouse people, as soon as I get something good FT

TreeHouse, Trillium. For a long time I was convinced it was Vanilla Rye.

This seems like this could be a thread that's retitled as below and followed by a number...

What is the most sought after beer this week? (#...)

Along with those 2, Cycle and deGarde are up there as well right now as the hot brewers.

Treehouse (brewery in general) because there are "new" releases a few days per week, every week. For any single, specific beer (especially since it has not been released in a long time) I'm going with Vanilla Rye

I'd tend to say Tree House.

That being said, it's not impossible and it doesn't require a mega whale stout to get it done. I've completed a couple of separate trades for Tree House, once with Todd the Axe Man & King Sue for some Alter Ego and Haze, and another time with Dark Lord '16 (barely a whale of any kind at this stage) for some Double Shot Colombia Novado and That's What She Said.

Having also been to Tree House, I can tell you that it can be a pain to get their cans because the brewery is in the middle of nowhere, relatively speaking. On top of that the hours are funky and there is a relatively 'small' allotment for each release (5-6 cans/beer released that week). Additionally the same beers aren't being released each week. Keeping in mind how easy it is to drink their PA/IPA/DIPAs (I can crush 6 Julius in one sitting without even noticing) and the scarcity of high quality BA stouts in NE compared to the mid-west, I can understand why those rare stouts are being asked for by folks from NE area.

It's definitely Tree House. The fact that they release something in cans every week is why I will never trade anything super rare for Tree House. I've also had most of their flagship IPAs at this point and I'd rather drink the stuff I can get in Southern CA.

If we're going with an actual beer, I would say it's still Vanilla Rye. If we're counting entire breweries it would have to be Tree House with

It's interesting to compare and contrast the responses here with those in the What is the Beer that Keeps Escaping You? thread.
