I am looking for any ideas or places that have an awesome beer menu. I know there are lots of places with a wide variety, but I'm looking for a unique set up for the menu. For instance I was thinking about having a 100+ IBU section instead of just having and IPA section with everything lumped together. Any suggestions or other bars I should learn more about please let me know.

Are you looking for Pittsburg bars specific?

Generally, you either get 'by country' (and by state within the US), by 'style', or 'character'; these examples from 3 places I've seen (approachable, earthy, bitter, dark & roasty, refreshing, sour, tart & super funky, brawny sippers, Belgian style beauties, cider, spiced & fruit), (smooth & dark, light & fresh, sweet & sour), and (malt, roast, smoke, fruit & spice, tart & funky, crisp, hop).

If you're going with a good bunch of IPAs, I'd prefer English, American, West Coast, etc over IBU's (many of which may not be available or accessible).

If I'm in a bar, I want search functionality over unique & different. I want it clear & concise. From a place in Maine I visited a few years back... "The bottled menu is a riddle of disorganization, unreasonable categories & duplicate entries throughout (fix it, fix it now). They've got the goods but it's really hard for me to detail what's what without lifting a beer menu and I won't". Don't be that place.

If you're playing American craft, and there's a a lot of it, go by style and then subset state or vice versa.

Ya that is what I was thinking. I appreciate the help! Keeping it easily searchable is the goal.

I was looking for any examples I could check online. Not just in Pittsburgh.
