What is this bucket lid gizmo?

    I've never seen one. Maybe something to allow adding CO2 during transfer or bottling?

    I am assuming that is the sparge system the guy is talking about. Looks like a bunch of irrigation spray emitters.

    Says the guy looking at drip irrigation for his hops...
