I recently found a bottle of a Bud American Ale clone I made in late '09. It was my first partial mash beer I made after giving up on my Mr. Beer kit. Still surprisingly delicious. It was a malt bomb, but showed no real signs of oxidation. No cardboard or tobacco flavors. I had a 4/11 bottle of Burton Baton lastnight that was very oxidized. Still tastey but nothing like it did when it was fresh!

it is absurdly delicious! really really really really great. My 2nd round of it started exploding, so I'm having to drink them all young and fresh, no saving on this batch. I have what's left marked with do not drink until dates...
