back from a day at Craft Beer Co after dragging 14 Kernel bottles across london. Finished in Brew Wharf and the Market Porter before sharing a train with the most abhorrent fosters-swilling fuckwits I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.

 

So far I've had:
Menabrea Birra (crap)
Cravenbrau
V. Nutty Black

and am currently consuming liquid arrogance! Arrogant Bastard FTW!

 

Yeah - I miss the reviewing stats as well. I quite liked keeping track of countries and breweries sampled. Hopefully this situation will be rectified in the future, but it's been a while since the bro's gave us an update on what they're doing with the site.....

i'm drinking Heineken now. in my defence it was £6 a 12 pack and I had a lot of craft beer today, so I've paid mah duuues

You got it lucky. I was in Clacton where there was a 12 year old boy on the seafront swigging a can of Stella with his mum and dad.

Tried to have a lazy day in Sheffiield.

So started at 11am with Summer Wine Barista.

But then ended up in Huddersfield as the European Beer Bloggers Conference wrapped up with a trip to Magic Rock. So I gatecrashed for (all kegged) Carnival, High Wire, Rapture, Dark Arts, Human Cannonball and Bourbon Barrel Bearded Lady.

The Grove gave up Jever (oh, my lovely Jever), something Nogne and then lashings of Thornbridge Wye - the cucumber one - with a hefty amount of gin poured into it. Again. And again.

On the train, the languorous traipse that strides valleys and dibbles its feet in industrial muck; Orval. Like you do.

Currently drinking Buxton's Wild Boar. Wow - tons of hops!
