What should I brew this weekend?

    Trying to decide what to brew this weekend: 1- All amarillo ipa, 2- All Citra ipa, 3-All Nugget ipa, 4- A combo of those hops ipa, 5- Surly Furious kit from NB?

    I have 8 oz of amarillo, citra, and nugget each. some crystal 10, 40, 60 and melanoidin!

    5 gallon batch- probably hop bursted towards end of boil and heavily dry hopped?

    I would try a hop bursted ipa with all 3 varieties, and dry hop the shit out of it
