Agree on this and I hear Oregon is pretty nice for the beer scene too.

Never been there, but my uncle said it was really bad. The only city I mentioned that I have been in was Chicago the others were opinions from other people. Is Pittsburgh not congested like Chicago? I really dont know.

Not even close. Most large cities can have traffic problems at times; most of the other places you mentioned are horrible all the time.

Minnesota because that's where I live and that's how this game works.

Actually, it is. Beer is usually best at the source. I would definitely pick my state over many of those mentioned.

We have a winner! I predict that no other state will raise its hand, so MI wins, hands up! :-)

That's why Larry spends his winters here in Phoenix area?

Since San Diego has not yet declared it's statehood I will say CO. and VT. (both on a per capita basis).

If you aren't saying California then you haven't been drinking the right beer in California.

I have yet had a bad beer from VT. My favorite beers though mostly seem to be made in Oregon and Michigan.

IPAs and IIPAs are the reason I picked California. It all depends on what you are into.
