I store my beers at a Commercial wine cellar facility. Given the flux of weather in SoCal, and basements being really rare, it was the logical choice.

    Climate
Computerized climate-control systems maintain temperature and humidity levels modeled after ideal cellar conditions. Four air condensers, nine fan coil units and two humidity systems work in concert to maintain 55 degrees and 70% humidity throughout. Back-up mechanical systems help ensure stable temperatures in the event of mechanical failure and during maintenance.

that's interesting. is it a place that rents space? or are you just lucky to use it? if the former would be curious where and how much

Yeah they have different sized lockers. It's Called "Terminal 55", near Van Nuys Airport. I use to use "the cave" in Glendale prior, which was also great, but was too much of a drive.
