What Temperature?

    I'm gonna be remolding my basement bar and want to put in a recessed cellar in a portion of the wall. I'm new to all of this aging and cellaring. What temps should you maintain, do I need some sort of small AC unit to keep an ambient temp.

    Generally you want it at 50-55 degrees. (Cellar temperature.) But check the types of beers you intend to cellar if you are specializing. You can look up a beer in the database and in the black space to the right you'll find recommended cellaring information.
