6gal batch 90% 2-row 8% C15 2% C40 Mash low and long Fuggle and EKG at 40 Willamette at 10 Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade at 0 Oxygenate and pitch big
I'd do two batches, 3.5-4ish ABV pale ales/bitters, though you'd probably need one more hop for neutral bittering (Warrior, Magnum, etc). For 5 gallons each: Mash at 154 Grist: 7 lb 2-row 8 oz C40 2 oz Amber Malt 20 IBUs at 60 .5 oz each EKG, Fuggles, Willamette at 10 .5 oz each EKG, Fuggles, Willamette at 0 Mash at 154 Grist: 7 lb 2-row 8 oz C40 2 oz Amber Malt 15 IBUs at 60 .5 oz each Centennial, Simcoe at 10 1 oz Cascade at 0 .5 oz each Centennial, Simcoe at 0 Ferment with neutral yeast and warn your friends and family about how easy it is to drink.
