I have a friend who is visiting from just outside Philadelphia. I'm not super familiar with the beer scene down there, but I'm looking for advice for what she should bring. I'm in VT and I get a lot of good stuff, but I'm looking for things I can't get. Troegs is on my list, but what else should she pick up?

Ask her to get you some Troegs Nugget Nectar. That beer is OUTSTANDING! Some other quality Philadelphia breweries that I don’t think are distributed to Vermont: Weyerbacher, Sly Fox, and Yards. Also, there are a number of out of state breweries that distribute in Philly that may not be available in Vermont: Russian River, Ballast Point, Bells, and New Holland. Cheers!
Awesome site!!!!!! I would tell her to get you Russian River first and foremost. Don't know where in VT you are but you can get Troegs in MA and NY. If you are too far up north to hit MA or NY def have her get Troegs.
