I am starting a cellar this holiday season and already have some good stuff to put in there inculding some 06 Samichlaus, BCBS, BCBBW, 2010 Orval, 2010 Unibroues, 2011 & 12 Mad Elf, etc. I wanted to add in some Belgian sours. In my rather beer deprived area I've seen cases of 2011 Lindemans Gueuze Cuvee Renee, 2011 Fantome Noel, and Drie Fonteinen Zwet.Be.

Does anyone have an opinion of which of these would be a better staple as my Belgian sour in the cellar?

    Thanks!

Or ... a case of 2009 Boon Geuze I just saw on a pit stop on the way home from work.

Not sure how Cuvee Renee ages, but it's certainly an overlooked gueze.
