Ok, it looks like a grain mill is pretty much like a... I don't know, a screw gun. There are cheap ones and there are expensive ones. They all work on basic tasks. The expensive ones have some bells and whistles, but can still the basic tasks. My wife compared mills to hair dryers. I dunno, I guess that analogy works too. It looks like 2-roller ones are good enough. I brew often, but I'm not pro. I'm guessing I can still put out great beer with 2 rollers. Bushings are probably good, but not necessary. It's a frigging mill. A big hopper is probably worth some extra cost. I'm guessing I can probably make one. A base is a bonus, but I can probably make one quickly enough. But I'll want to use it right away, so maybe worth a couple bucks to have a base. I'll be running it with a corded drill/screw gun. A cheap $30 one at that. Which I already have. So am I good with the $104 Ferroday (2 rollers, has a base, 7# hopper), or does a name brand make a difference and jump up to a $130 hullwrecker? Both are free 2-day shipping on Amazon. Thanks.
Your question came up recently, but here's a link to a search of this forum with that thread as well as others that might also be helpful: https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/search/110941572/?q=mill&o=date&c[title_only]=1&c[node]=8
I have an earlier iteration of the one @riptorn linked. I’m pretty happy with it. I think the hopper is a little flimsy; it might be nice if it attached more firmly to the base. But the base of the one linked looks different than mine, so I can’t say that it’d be an issue. Like I said, I’m pretty happy. It’s maybe not the best but I don’t need the best.
Knowing mine was a Cereal Killer I didn't bother to look closely at the image of the one I linked. The base of mine is different too, so I guess they changed it after my purchase. My base is made of plywood and shaped like this one. Seems sturdy enough.
