Agreed. Isn't Tilquin's blend part Cantillon too?

I love Tilquin and can rarely get it, but it's not that rare..

They buy their wort from all the major lambic brewers, including Cantillon. It is put in barrels and inoculated at their facility though. So it isn't really 'Cantillon' blended in or anything

OP, as far as I know, Texas doesn't get any Tilquin (or other good lambics), so you could probably target some good TX beers like Yellow Rose or even some Jester King stuff.

Regular tilquin did come to Texas as did boon but they didn't hang around long

Boon is here and is IMO the best we get. Distro might be kind of seasonal, but the most recent batch has been available on shelves for a good amount of time. We also get St Louis and of course the widely distributed Timmermans and Lindemans.

Boon has not just come to Texas but is a shelf turd, I see it everywhere. Tilquin on the other hand I would have heard about if it came to Texas. Unless it did so 2+ years ago?

Wish Boon was a shelf turd in Houston.... Had to get mine at Jester King and it seemed Mirage Parfait sold out in a week or two. The gueze is awesome as well

I also thought I got a tilquin from growlers awhile back, but I could be mistaken

What about older vintages like 10/11 and 11/12?
