I'd base my brewery out of Los Angeles. It will take a snapshot of De Garde. I want to keep the releases around 500 bottles. 2 Per person. With the rest of the batch for on-site consumption.

For glassware I like different pieces and special anniverssary glassware.

I would also make special edition brews that focus on exotic fruits and other fruits such as lychee, star fruit, persimmons, pears, watermelons

Ok, now you've really got me thinking. Maybe 'Steve Dallas Sexual HOP-rassment IPA'

    'Cutter John Lawnmower Ale'

    The possibilities here are endless...

Fantastic sour name, and I'd drink it for the name. I'm not a fan of sours.

Ouch. I happen to like saisons, along with those crazy high abv styles. Ever have Matt's Burning Rosids? Not a sissy beer.

Clever. Funny you pick this for a name... http://officetaverngrill.com/ a place only miles away from me. Not a brewery, but still.

If I didn't use "Little Dog" (You can go running with the big dogs, but I'd rather stay on the porch with my Little Dog beer.)

I might call it "Cat House" because our cat lives in the guest house, and that's where I make my homebrew. (Some smaller brewers like to point out that the big boys spill more beer than the little guy makes. We at the Cat House would like to point out that we spill a lot of beer too.)

Otherwise, "Three Dead Gophers." From the song by Mucky Pup.
