What would you name your brewery?

    Funny, I don't have a brewery name, but recently saw a closed brewpub.
    Their sign was still up..."Outhouse Brewing"....
    Gee, I can't imagine why they are boarded up!
    So, I will definitely NOT go with that...

    Would have to get licensing first, but I would name it She's Crafty then name all my beers after Beastie Boys songs.
