What would you name your Microbrewery?

I'd name it something based on the neighborhood where it was located. Maybe make a pun, too.

 

Litigation Station.

We'd feature beers with names like Bostone Lager and Flat Tire Ale. Each time a Cease and Desist letter was received we'd read it aloud and ring a bell in the center of the bar, and the crowd would go wild .

 

Ha! 2 of my nicknames at work are stinkin' ginzo and doo wop dago.

I'd name my brewery Bada Boom because Bada Bing wouldn't be original.

 

Chuggers Brewing

 

My dream brewery would be called Big Sur Beer Company, due to its dream location.

Beer names would include Lola (after my grandmother) and Tengo (after my dog).

It's funny you should bring litigation up, however, as I would want to name my brewery something with "prairie" in the name, because it's a word that I like that is very much associated with my home state of Kansas, but it would be hard to name a brewery something with that in the name that didn't infringe on Prairie Artisan Ales.

 

Less than Par Brewing and Bar.

That has a certain ring to it.

 

I'd name mine Checkered Flag Brewing Company because I'm an auto racing fan (mainly Indycar), and kicking back in a comfy chair with a few beers while watching a race is a good time (for me at least).

My flagship beers would be "Science is a Conspiracy", "Chemtrails", and "Hyperinflation".

I call my homebrewery Big Swell Brewery, because I love when the surf is cranking. However, I knows Maui Brewing would have an issue, so I might go Overhead Brewing.

 

if it was a brew pub it would be the "impaired vision lounge" or maybe the "the Nasty Nun" with a catch phrase like "it's a dirty little HABIT"
For a brewery I think the "Moral Compass" which I could then create endless wise-ass names for the beers and if I went with the "The Eagle, Globe & Anchor" I would have tons of fun naming brews like "Teufelhunden Hefeweizen" or Sand Flea Lager" "Last Port Porter" etc.
