Something that appeals to the Big Lebowski fans and the Simpsons fans. You can't throw a rock at a beer fest without hitting ten of these folks. So something like: "Sector 7 G Brewing" that makes a beer called "As Brandt as my witness porter".

And for some reason "Large Open Grasslands, Made in a Traditional or Non-Mechanized Way Using High Quality Ingredients Ales" doesn't have a great ring to it.

I had the idea of opening a bar here in Hawai'i, that featured only Hawaiian breweries and liquor. Currently, there's 10 breweries that are Hawaiian, 11 if you include Gordon Biersch, and around 5-6 entities that make liquor. I figured, for the breweries, why not have a one off from them on tap every other week or so. If you ever go to KBC, you'll know they have several on tap, that don't leave the brewery. Maybe have some of the bigger home brewers here spotlight some of their stuff, which could lead to another brewery. I would call it Hawai'i Brewers Outpost.
