Have to agree with the Sierra Nevada. If the Tumbler were available year-round, I might make that my house beer, but the Pale Ale will always be one of my favorites. I would probably get the cans for everyday use, though. There's just something about craft beer in a can...

    Cantillon Lou Pepe Kriek.

Not my favorite Cantillon, but it's certainly up there. I got used to having it every day when I lived down the street from the Brewery. I still have withdrawals.

Well if it had to be one it would be a real nice German or Czech Pilsner.

If the question is "would be", that's a different conversation than "is". In my line of work, I can't just get fond of and drink any one beer all the time but my fridge seems to have these in it more often than anything else:

    Deschutes Hop Trip
    Deschutes Jubelale
    Fort George Sunrise OPA
    Speakeasy Prohibition
    Ninkasi Tricerahops
    Gigantic IPA
    Upright Six
    21st Amendment Back in Black
    Fish Reel Ales Series Swordfish
    Great Divide Hoss
Cigar City White Oak Jai Alai

My house beer WOULD be one of these, if they were more available:

    Deschutes The Abyss
    Driftwood Old Cellar Dweller
    Logsdon Peche 'N' Brett
    Upright Oyster Stout
    Upright Monk & Mingus
