    Pick one? Yeah, right. That'd be like saying you can only have one wife. Oh, wait a minute... you just mean a "regular" beer, like a "house"-wife. Just kidding, married 20+ years, and she's a CBS.

    Assuming "near year round availability"...

    Firestone Double Jack (Zombie Dust, DF 90 Minute, Arctic Panzer Wolf, or Union Jack close 2nds)
    Alternate: Stone IRS (Has to be a stout. "Man does not live on IPA's alone." (FFF Moloko and Brooklyn BCS close 2nd's)

    Jai Alai, has definitely become my go to everyday beer. I'd love to say something like BCBS or KBS or one of the many RIS I enjoy but I can't see my friends coming over to drink those everyday, all the time.
