Long Trail Ale. It's appropriate any time of the year, any occassion, and it reminds me of home.

Problem is, I don't know if the OP means my house or a house beer in a bar or restaurant. I'm thinking bar or restaurant, but either way, I don't think I could have just one "house beer". In a bar or restaurant, seeing that many craft beer drinkers don't have an exclusive beer like macro drinkers and tend to not have a single style that they stick to exclusively, there would have to be at least 3: An American IPA or DIPA, a Belgian [not my style so I can't name a favorite style] and something middle of the road like a pale ale or a good lager. At home, I always try to have some SNPA on hand for a sessionable beer but I don't consider it my house beer. I keep a variety on hand.

For me it's Southern Tier Live. That beer really surprised with how good it tasted.

Could I keep to one style and rotate between Stoudts Pils, Prima Pils, Sly Fox Pils and Sunshine Pils?

If not I'd probably give the nod to Prima Pils year round.

Alpine Hoppy Birthday. Need to keep the ABV down if it's as easy as turning on the water tap.
