What would your "house beer" be?

I could drink that all day.

 

In fantasy land it'd be a nice Wies'n style Oktoberfest like Hoffbrau. Just a perfect all-around beer, imo.

If that is still treated as a seasonal in this scenario, I'd alternate it with Augustiner Edelstoff and/or Schlenkerla Helles when it's not available.

Cigar City Brewpub Brewer's Brunch... more chocolaty version of FBS. Just a great brew... drinkable too...6.8%.

Lots of beers I would like to have on tap at home... but that one just really perfectly matches my palate.

 

If it had to be one beer it would be Victory Braumeister Pils – Hallertau Mittelfruh.

If I could obtain a drtth exemption it would be Victory Braumeister Pils – Hallertau Mittelfruh, Sladek, Saaz, Tettnanger, etc.

Cheers to Victory and their Braumeister series of Pilsners! I just wish they were more readily available.

P.S. If for some stupid reason I am not permitted to have Victory Braumeister Pils it would be an unlimited supply of Jack’s homebrewed CAP.

 

Just had my first one, fresh from a trade, and I would have to agree.
That beer is sublime, and I could drink a shit ton of it.

 

If I could do this, my house beer would rotate seasonally.

Spring: Heady Topper (If you don't like it, GET OUT!)
Summer: Lawson's Session in the Rye (My favorite session beer)
Fall: An Oktoberfest. Still deciding on which one though. (Perfect for the Fall)
Winter: Jack's Abbey Smoke and Dagger (I could drink this out of a mug all winter long)

 

I've only had it one time but I had quite a few and fell in love fairly quickly

 

Stone IPA for flavorful easy drinking or possibly Union Jack

 

I am still trying to track down a six-pack of Paulaner’s Oktoberfest Wiesn beer that was published to be available in the last week of June. It’s gotta be somewhere, right?
