What Yeasts Do You Use the Most?

    London III, sorry for vague post. 090 has worked well for me, and seems to flocculate a little better than 001.

    No worries. I've heard nothing but great things about 090. They should change the number on that strain. I think it gets confused with the super high gravity strain which I can't imagine would make a great ipa/IIpa/IIIpa/IIIIpa/IIIIIpa etc....
