Recently I really started enjoying sour beers. So far I've had Bell's Wild One, New Holland Blue Sunday Sour, and Shorts Sour Puss. What are the absolute "must-have bottles" of the style?

Lindemans cuvee rene gueuze, monks cafe flemish sour, petrus aged pale ale, and rodenbach grand cru are all easily obtainable and very good. Jolly pumpkin and allagash have some pretty nice wild ales that aren't over the top. Of course if you can find them drie fonteinen and cantillon are fantastic.

Agreed with all of the above, except Duchesse. Extra sweetening makes it taste like syrup. Besides which, Rodenbach Grand Cru (and even regular Rodenbach Red) are ten times the Flanders Red that Duchesse is.

Russian River Consecration for SURE, I have a Petrus Aged Pale Ale now (looking forward to it). Also Reinaert Flemish Wild Ale is GREAT.

Geuze Boon is a very solid beer that seems to be somewhat overlooked. Fairly easy to get most places, as far as I know.

Definitely harder to get in the OP's neck of the woods, but anything that Cascade bottles is pretty stellar: Vlad, Kriek, Apricot, Sang Royal/Rouge, The Vine... pretty hard to go wrong with Cascade's sours.

Im glad someone posted this. Great classic sour. Recently had it on draft and it was served at the perfect temperature. It really made me appreciate it more.

I'd also add Tilquin Gueuze to this list. Assuming of course that you have the right glassware, right? Hope you find that soon!
