    Are you using 42 fluid ounces or 42 ounces of weight?

    For reference 1.00 fluid ounce = 1.0425 ounces of weight

    Just got rhubarb as part of the CSA I'm in. Thinking about using it in a Saison. Have you keg this yet? How'd it work out and how many pounds did you use? Thanks!
