I'm going for an Imperial Chocolate Milk Porter myself. Using both unsweetened cocoa in the boil and a home made vodka cocoa nib tincture in the keg. Also using lactose to sweeten the beer which will hopefully convert the bitter chocolate flavor from the powder and nibs into more of a sweet milk chocolate type flavor.

Rauchbier with a little rye added. This will be my first homebrew in months due to my new job and other commitments. I'm getting excited to get back to the hobby that I love!

Bottling an all-citra apa. Maybe do a cider if the shipment comes into LHBS. Maybe do a hoppy amber if it doesn't.

I'll be brewing a Belgian Pale Wheat Ale using WY1388. Something Duvel-ish will go onto the yeast cake in a couple weeks - been wanting to brew a BSGA for a while.

Going to be an onloooker for some friends just getting into the hobby. I think they are brewing a Robust Porter. Tonight I'll be doing some bottling from the keg and adding the DH to a black ale.

Kegging a Simcoe-focused bitter/pale ale, then brewing an oatmeal stout with Marris Otter as base malt (first time with MO). Will be using the yeast from the bitter (WY West Yorkshire) for the stout.

Mulling the options. I like the sound of a Belgian Pale (or maybe a table beer) to build up a yeast cake for the BGSA I have been reviving yeast for. Brilliant idea FeDUBBELFIST!

I will be kegging a robust porter and bottling a Quad this weekend. And tapping into a couple of kegs that should be ready, ESB, Calypso PA and a Dubbel.

Planning to brew up a Pannepot clone that I will bottle for holiday gifts. Might siphon off a gallon for further aging on either grapes or sour cherries that I have frozen...

Brewing a Great Lakes Christmas Ale on Saturday. I've never had it but a transplant from Cleveland requested it and is helping me brew it.

I have a few things on my list: transfer a bitter to a keg, bottle a Brett beer, and brew a sour ale (Roseleare blend).
Not sure if it will all happen.

I'm going to be transferring my RIS to secondary off the yeast cake it's been on for a month. It's done. Gonna rack to some toasted oak cubes that I soaked with 3 madagascar vanilla beans in PVW.. Will probably dump the PVW in there too for the hell of it.

DIPA will still being clearing..so I'll be leaving that one alone.

Probably going to try and brew one day perhaps.. Debating if I want to re brew my Chocolate Oatmeal Porter, a Milk Stout, or something different.

Thinking about a Rye Saison and hop it somewhat like an IPA. Little Chinook in there, some Amarillo, Belma, and something else.. See how it goes.

I'm thinking something darker though.. Any ideas out there? I like big beers, nice body to it, but drinkable enough to have a couple... Maybe 6.5%-8% or so.

Drinking simcoe bitter/low abv apa (we call it Sunday special), transferring and tasting a chocolate porter, Lagering an octoberfest, transferring our first batch of cider to secondary, and maybe adding raspberries to our second batch.
There's 35 gallons of fermenting or finished beverages in the house so I think we're gonna take this week off.

Koppa, that chocolate milk porter sounds awesome! Could you save me a bottle? I'm gonna have to pick your brain when I design a recipie for a coffee chocolate milk stout in the near future.
