    Cheers!

I am fermenting an all-Chinook red ale right now and will brew a SN Tumbler clone with some toasted oats added.

Busy weekend....racking a Berliner into 5 one gallon batches---fruit in four of them (blackberry, cranberry, mango, and pineapple). And I hope to brew two batches: Imperial Pumpkin and a Galaxy Rye IPA

I milled up some grain to do something similar... Should be around the same OG I think for the grain bill I tossed together on a whim.

How many IBU's did you do? I planned to magnum it for bittering as I've got about a 1.25# in the freezer. Thought about tossing some cascade in the mix a bit to layer the citrus a bit.

ESB in the fermenter, my first all grain in a few years. I have been doing extract with great results, but been getting bored. Now I remember why I took a break from all grain, 3 hous vs. 6 hours.

Finished another 30 gallon batch of classic Koelsch. Now have 2 BBLs in various stages of fermentation. Starting to feel like a nanobrewery.

I thought the same thing, but once I figured out how to streamline and stay busy.. I can brew AG, including hauling it from garage to back of the house, and cleaning it all up, in under 3.5 hours for a 60 minute boil, and a 70 min mash.

6 hours is a LONG time.. I was out there for like a whole day it felt like one week.. I enjoy brewing, but never again.

No brewing for me. Just kegged a Chocolate Porter. Cacoa Powder in the boil, nibs and vanilla beans in secondary. Tastes great even flat. I was temped to add a few ounces of coffee but decided against it. Once the keg I almost gone I may add some cold pressed coffee to just see what it could have added for next time around.

    Next Up...

    Dark Mild
    Daisy Cutter clone part duece
Rye IPA with Nelson and Galaxy.
    Belma Smash

I used about .75oz magnum @60min, and the oz of citra @ 10 (not 15 as I previously wrote) should put my ibu's at about 40. Not a bitter bomb, but a good brew to get a feel for citra with. I used whole cone hops as well, not that it matters too much. The malt bill I went with was 1lb crystal 20, 1.5 lbs munich and vienna all mini mashed with 6lbs LME to round her out. I wish I had the money for a mash tun right now, but this partial mash deal still produces a good final product. Maybe next years tax return fairy will hook me up...

I just don't Brew all grain enough. 3.5 hours is quite an accomplishment. I was pretty inefficient with my cleanup. I normally clean up as I go, but I was trying to cook lunch and keep the wind from taking everything and blowing it into the yard. I will take your 3.5 hours and make it my benchmark. Thanks for the target.
