What's Brewing This Weekend? 11/9/12

    Hey, I've done the same thing.. Make lunch while I mash in, take my time, putz around..

    Now, I drag out what I need to mash, kettle, burners, HLT and mash tun. Get it going.. Then I start pulling out everything else I need.. Once I mash in, I start heating up strike water, keep it where I need it, and I have everything out.

    Once I start my boil, I empty the tun, clean it out, and start putting away the HLT and mash tun while it's boiling. I slowly start putting away ANYTHING I can while I boil.

    Once I start cooling, I'm putting the scale away, and IC, and everything else away until I only have my kettle, and my fermenter out there.

    It's all about cleaning while you brew I've found.. Keeps me movin!
