So I'm looking to get a starter going for tomorrow and not sure what I want to brew yet. Last three have been Black IPA, FFF Gumballhead clone and a session IPA.

What's everyone else brewing to be ready for the warmer months?

EDIT thought i checked but i now see this has already been posted. Delete if necessary. Cheers.

Would you consider sharing this Gumball head clone recipe?

I've never had it but it sounds like something I'd like.

I'm planning to do a Flanders Red. If I have time for both days, I'll also do a saison with the White Labs Farmhouse.

    Straight from Brew365

All Grain Recipe - Gumball Head Wheat ::: 1.052/1.012 (6 Gal)

    Grain Bill (70% Efficiency assumed)

    6 lbs. - Wheat Malt
    5 lbs. - 2-Row Pale Malt
    1 lb. - Caravienne Malt
    Hop Schedule (27 IBU)

1/4 oz. - Amarillo - First Wort Hop
    1/4 oz. - Amarillo - 60 min.
    1/2 oz. - Amarillo - 15 min.
    1.25 oz. - Amarillo - 5 min.
    1 oz. - Amarillo - 1 min.
    1.5 oz. - Amarillo - Dry Hop
    Yeast

White Labs California Ale Yeast (WLP001) - 1800 ml starter
    Mash/Sparge/Boil

Mash at 153° for 60 min.
    Sparge as usual
Cool and ferment at 68° to 70°

This is the first clone that I have followed a recipe exactly. Fermented cool, 63-65 (okay, not exactly) to ensure a nice clean finish. Three weeks in primary, dry hopped last seven. Tasted a green sample after a week in bottles and it is coming along nicely. Should be a perfect session for a hot summer day.

No brewing, but bottled a vienna that had been lagering for for the past 6 weeks. Looking forward to giving that a go shortly.

Trying to decide what my comfort level would be with not making a starter for a three-gallon batch of very low gravity Saison...after I decide, then I'll decide. You know?

Nothing too special, just an IPA. This one's modelled on Torpedo, though, so the hop bill is different from any IPA I've done before: Magnum, liberty, hallertaur, citra. Smelled good!

just transferred my lambic into secondary with some blueberry puree (unfortunately at this point in my life/career, I don't have the space to brew all-grain so i'm just doing small extract batches). yum. now the hard part is waiting...
