    Yesterday brewed a session IPA. Couple oz each of Citra and Zythos for aroma/flavor, and 2 oz of Nelson for the DH. Hopefully tropical fruit bomb.

    Well I bottled an IPA then settled on brewing a nice, hoppy american amber. It was my first go at using washed yeast so I wanted to go with something familiar to minimize variables.
