Looks like coconut. It'd be more helpful, if you could tell us what beer it is.

Almost looks like saturated citrus zest or coconut. But considering that looks to be an IPA id rule out the latter.

With that age, it’s probably old yeast particles. I get this a lot in old imported Hefeweizen.

Looks like someone sprinkled a bit of parmesan into your beer.

Either yeast or proteins is my guess.

It looks like yeast particles that have coagulated around the inside of the base of the bottle. I might have done a second pour through a piece of cheesecloth. (Might have? Who am I kidding?)

The water source for that beer must be close to a nuclear power plant!

There was another thread where a guy had something similar in Fat Head’s Strange Magic. It was either the Fat Head’s thread or the New to Ohio thread. Fat Head’s told him it was sediment from the bottom of the can.

Edit: here’s the post, with some follow-up posts below it.

I found a white globule in my Founders Breakfast Stout once. I reckoned that it was yeast. I pulled it out of my glass.

I had some of that in a Two Headted Ale once, looked like some dude spunked in my beer. I asked for another it looked gross, but I’m generally ok with floaties.

I wouldn’t drink that, I don’t mind floaties, but those aren’t that. I’m sure it’s safe, but it looks disgusting.
