I found two Eclipse 50/50 High West orange wax on sale for $12.99 a bottle at one of my local stores.

Best value for quantity - found a few sixers of pumpkin beer (think it was Erie Brewing Company) for 3 dollars. Totally worth it for the price.

Best value for quality - fresh sixer of Enjoy By for 10 dollars.

The same store: errantly marked Goose Island Lolita large format bottles for 7.99, IIRC. Also, Spaten 12 packs for 4.99! The owner said he only wanted to handle cases of that beer and wanted all of those pesky 12 packs out of his store. Should have bought more than I did (of both!).

 

Most recently, a bomber of Caldera Kettle Series Rauch Ur Bock for $2.99. Can't wait to try it.

 

$3.99 six-packs of New Belgium Portage last week at Downtown Produce in Melbourne, FL. Enjoy by date was June 19, 2015. Tasted great!

Back in the day when I was in college (early 90s) there was a local grocery store that still entered every item by hand, no scanning.

I had grabbed a case of PBR and a six pack of Red Stripe (an extravagance for a man of my lack of means) and my buddy had done the same.

The girl at checkout is looking it over and asks me "do you remember how much that costs" and I'm about to answer honestly when my buddy says "I'm pretty sure it was 2 dollars a six pack." She dutifully rings it up, I look at him and he sprints to the back of the store and grabs as many more as he could carry (7 or 8) and we split the cost outside.

This same place left out a roll of "Sale $0.99" stickers near the Eagle Brand snack foods. We stockpiled those as well.

BA Big Sound (normally $26) sold by a retailer at St. Pete Beach for the price of regular Big Sound... $12. Score!

 

1.99$ for year old 120min and WWS at a crappy bottle shop I almost never shop at. Shelves were cleared.
