What's the most expensive create a 6 pack you've ever made?

    I just recently purchased a 6er with some tasty imperial stouts. A friend and I wanted to do a tasting and compare several of the more popular and higher rated beers in the style. The 6er included:
    2 expedition stouts (which we have yet to try)
    2 founders imperial stouts
    Ten Fidy (also haven't had yet)
    Conways Irish ale (just wanted to try my favorite breweries current seasonal)

    The 6 pack was over 23 bucks which really isn't bad for those beers, considering the price of most bombers. So my question is, what is the most expensive create a 6er you have purchased, and if you remember, what was in it?

    I don't do a ton of BYO6 since until recently I didn't have many places nearby that did it. A recent one for a night of hops though was:

    2x Founder's Double Trouble
    2x Ithaca Flower Power
    2x Victory Dirt Wolf

    And that came out to something like $18 if I recall correctly.

    Sounds tasty. I wish I could get flower power. I can't get many of the better IPAs in my area, but I do get zombie dust occasionally.

    I mixed a six with a Shiner, a Carlsberg, a couple of Sams and a SN Pale Ale, for about 9 bucks. All was good till I threw in a Prairie Bomb and it rang up 16 dollars . I said "whoa". She said "yeah". That Bomb is 6 and a half, plus tax. I said "whoa" again. She said "Do you want it or not"? I didn't know what to say.

    Funny timing for this post. I believe I bought my most expensive mixed 6 tonight, which consisted of:
    Oskar Blues Little Yella Pils
    Dark Horse Scotty Karate
    Dieu De Ciel Isseki Nicho
    Unibroue Blanch De Chambly
    Sixpoint Beast Mode
    and Two Brothers Cane & Ebel

    For about $18

    i've hit $40+ with cask aged j.w. lees, orval, stuff like that. no point in it being a mixed 6 but i've done it in that context. (shrug)

    Back around 2008 or so I remember paying $26 for a sixer of Kuhnhenn 4th Dementia. It was well worth the $$$.

    6 x 375m of Jackie O's BB Black Maple cost me about $72. Liquid heaven, and would do it again. However, that is not a mix six I guess. Most for mixed 6 beers would be $42.

    This past fall I did a mixed 6 of Oktoberfest at Pinocchio's in Media Pa and it came out to be 22$. I haven't returned to this day.

    Do 6 Avery tweaks count as a 6 pack? If so then $72 + tax. I did put them in a 6 pack carrier. The girl working the register thought the price was wrong when I told her that was correct she almost passed out!
