Aside from the DevOps team who manages the cloud infrastructure for the site, and some help from other colleagues with the beer boxes, I've been the only person working on BeerAdvocate for the last 5+ years. But I'd love to start enhancing the site + much more.
I'm going to go against the grain and be the only one to complain... But I don't know what to complain about because I haven't noticed anything wrong...
Weighing in after a day -- everything seems back to normal. Right up to that jinx... three, two, one...
Not complaining to complain, feedback from the inter nets helps the site remain successful and engaging
It’s all in HOW the feedback is presented. And absolutely, we all need feedback because we can never truly understand how we are perceived by others without some form of feedback.
