Right now I have BCBS, CBS, KBS, and Black Note Stout put away for Christmas Eve/Christmas. I will probably get some more as the weeks go on, but I'm going to do Stouts and Quads this year

What are you guys drinking for the holidays?

Black Butte 26th Anniversary. Doing some semi-blind cellar clearing / advent calendar. I selected one beer for my birthday and another for Christmas Day. All the others are a surprise so I can't comment on Christmas Eve.

Edit...not that much of a surprise. I know what I have in my cellar

CBS, BCBCS, Hipster Brunch, Rye Hipster, Morning Wood, and hopefully BA V@S.

Also have a No Rules and a Last snow, but they will be consumed next week.

Also, my first homebrew will be ready a week before Christmas. A Northern Brewer Pliny Extract clone.

    I'm most excited for that.

I've recently picked up a bottle of Founders CBS, a Stone Xocoveza, and two each of Anchor 2017 Our Special and Bell's Christmas ales. Planning to get a bottle of Delirium Nöel or Corsendock Christmas as well. In the 'cellar' I've got 2 each of '16 BCBS and BCBBW, and singles of Breakside Salted Caramel Stout, NH BA Dragon's Milk, Founders Imperial Stout, JW Lee's Harvest Ale (Calvados), DFH Worldwide Stout, Lagunitas High-Westified, and Central Waters BA Scotch Ale. I'm sure I'll put a small dent in that between Christmas and New Year's eves.

    So far I have:

    St. Bernardus X-Mas
    N'Ice Chouffe
    Delirium Noel
    Barbe' Noel
    Gouden Carolus Noel
    Val-Dieu Winter Ale
    Unibroue La Resolucion
    Unibroue 25
    Anchor OSA
    Deschuttes Jubelale

I'm just getting started lining them up. I also have a cellar at critical mass and I just ordered more Christmas beers for the store so some random singles will come home. I'll start opening the bulk of them this weekend.

Haven't really thought too much about it. I've had a Bell's Black Notes and a Westvlestern 12 in my fridge for months. Maybe I'll enjoy one of those, otherwise, I'll probably go down to the cellar Friday after work and pick out a few treats for the week off. Perhaps one of the Abyss variants from last year, as I don't know that I want those to get too much age on them.

The real treat will be opening one of the last sours in my cellar with my brother. I think I have a bottle of Chaotic Insecure Delusions and my last Ale Apothecary bottle down there still.

The family has two magnums of Anchor's Christmas Ale for this year.

Working on my 12 Days lineup. It's not finalized yet, but it will NOT include Heineken in a holiday bottle.

Hopefully whatever Treehouse is brewing before the holiday, provided I can get my lazy ass brother to pick it up one day before he heads back to Jersey for the holidays. Julius cans would make for a dank Christmas gift!

It was mine until this October when I had it on draft at the brewery, I'll include my review.

    5/5 rDev +7.3%
    look: 5 | smell: 5 | taste: 5 | feel: 5 | overall: 5

Tried this on draft at the brewery and needless to say it's definitely worth the hype. Probably the best beer I've had in years.
L: Just a beautiful, cloudy, orange masterpiece. 5.069
S: Explodes with passionfruit and citrus notes, smacks you in the face. 5.069
T: Just what every NEIPA strives to be. Hop BOMB with incredible fruit flavor. Refreshing as hell and chock filled with juicy hoppy goodness. 5.069
    F: Thick unfiltered perfection. 5.069
O: 5.069, a perfect beer that I'll be chasing cans of for the distant future. MAKE THE TRIP

That's a good question. I hadn't thought about it, yet. I bet whatever it is, it will be a few 'sippers.'
